We process our orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Standard UK shipping typically takes 2-4 business days, while Express shipping is also available. Orders are sent with Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order dispatches from our lab.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes! environmental responsibility is important to us. Our capsule bottles and tincture glass are fully recyclable, and we use minimal, eco-conscious materials for our shipping boxes. Please check your local recycling guidelines for specific component sorting.

Where are your supplements made and are they vegan-friendly?

The vast majority of our supplements, blends, and tinctures are handmade right here in the UK in our York Science Park laboratory. What is your return policy?

We want you to love your wellness routine. We offer a 14-day return window for unopened items in their original packaging. Because these are ingestible wellness products, we cannot accept returns on fully or partially consumed items for safety reasons.
