Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Shipping & Delivery

We want to get your wellness essentials to you as quickly and securely as possible.

  • Dispatch Times: We process and pack orders Monday through Friday. If you place your order before 1pm, it will be dispatched from our lab on the very same day.

  • UK Shipping Options: All of our UK orders are sent securely via Royal Mail. Standard UK shipping typically takes 2–4 business days to arrive. If you need your items sooner, Express shipping options are also available at checkout.

  • Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order dispatches from our lab, you will automatically receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey.

  • International Orders: Looking to ship outside of the UK? Please contact our team directly at care@herbswell.co.uk

2. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Returns requested after this 14-day window unfortunately cannot be accepted for a refund.

3. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Because our products are ingestible health items, we must maintain strict safety and hygiene standards.

  • Eligible Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. The safety seals must be fully intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any products that have been opened, sampled, or consumed for health and safety reasons.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at care@herbswell.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We offer a convenient Freepost returns service that you are welcome to use so you don't have to cover shipping costs. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to bring your product to any of our physical, in-store locations to process your return in person.

5. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, leaking, or if you received the incorrect product, contact us at care@herbswell.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item so we can promptly arrange a free replacement or full refund.

6. Processing Your Refund

Once we receive your product and check that everything is okay, we will issue your refund.

If your return is processed online, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days (depending on your bank or card issuer). If you choose to return your product directly to one of our in-store locations, you are welcome to receive an immediate cash refund.
